SoAL was formed to provide dependable industrial maintenance and mechanical field service without unnecessary layers. We work directly with plant teams, purchasing departments, and contractors to understand the job and put the right people on it.
Our crews support shutdowns, repairs, installations, alignment, welding, and day to day production needs. For larger scopes, we combine our own field leadership with qualified subcontract support.
We believe good work starts with safety, preparation, honest communication, and respect for the people who depend on the equipment.
